The status column gives values from the ODD processor. For our purposes, "change" is the same as "replace". If no status is given, it is either entirely unchanged or possibly was moved to a different class (which does not trigger a status).
Keep in mind that only elements that are part of the header module in TEI are listed here. Some elements used in headers, like monogr from the core module, are not listed.
