-             |SB was in touch with Richard Noble right after the Council meeting and expected to meet with him soon.  SB found the list of members of the old TEI-PB group and sent to KH and EM for some reason on 2013-04-21.  On 2013-04-21 KH sent addresses of those he'd been in contact with in recent years to SB and EM.  KH nudged SB and EM again on 2013-09-02 and sent them an additional name of a possible workgroup member on 2013-10-03.
