 第二回のSIG会議に参加した方々と議論した結果、[https://wiki.tei-c.org/index.php/SIG:East_Asian 東アジア／日本分科会]では、運営委員会を設置することとし、そのための選挙を2018年5月に行うことといたしました。
 この選挙に参加していただくにあたっては、2018年5月半ばまでに、TEI協会の会員資格を持っておいてください。会員資格には、個人会員と機関会員とがあり、機関会員は機関の規模によって費用が変わってきます。詳しくは[http://members.tei-c.org/Join 入会方法]をご覧ください。
