Where can I find Board documents like minutes and budgets?

I'm running for the Board and see that a meeting is scheduled following the annual conference and members' meeting. Do I need to stay an extra day in case I'm elected when the results are announced during the members' meeting?
No. As in the Bylaws, terms begin the following calendar year.
