Dr. Luis Meneses is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Electronic Textual Cultures Lab at the University of Victoria. He is a Fulbright scholar, and currently serves on the board of the TEI Consortium and on the IEEE Technical Committee on Digital Libraries. His research interests include digital humanities, digital libraries, information retrieval and human-computer interaction.
