Level 4: Name Tagging -- Two possibilities:
- "inline": <choice><reg><name/></reg><orig><name/></orig></choice>
  - @key to reference CV go in <reg> or in <orig> or both?
- "external": use <name key="__"> and maintain normalizations elsewhere (external file or header)
TEI Header: Referencing "outside" metadata formats
- What mechanism should we use to we point from the TEI header to metadata located outside the TEI document? (For example, how do you identify a MARC, METS, or MODS record that provides additional metadata about the TEI document and/or the source document?)
- Should we provide a recommendation on storing non-TEI metadata within the TEI document (using a different element namespace)? For example, should we allow Dublin Core elements anywhere in the TEI header?
Revisit: put page breaks as they appear in the text or within divisions?
Add forme work <fw>? And, if so, in which level -- 4?
Round table updates on Header and Levels
- Any feedback on Header section revision?
