The XPath functions <code>current-dateTime()</code> and <code>current-date()</code> return W3C dateTime and date, respectively. Why would one want to put these W3C temporal expressions on a <tt>@when-iso</tt> attribute as opposed to a <tt>@when</tt> attribute?
