- Staffing
- Funding Prospects
- Supporting organizations (if relevant)
- Ease of travel
- Opportunities to expand the TEI community
- Has hosted conference in the past?
- Questions for Host?
- Foreseen challenges?
- Special opportunities?
Each voting member of the Board of Directors most complete the review. Non-voting members are welcome to complete the review of applications. Input from non-voting members will be taken under consideration by voting members of the Board.
Criteria 1-8 should be assigned a rating each that will average across all objective criteria (1-8):
- 5 = Very Good
- 4 = Good
- 3 = Satisfactory
- 2 = Poor
- 1 = Very Poor
