  • 10 April 2017: Reminder Call for Hosts re-posted
  • 26 May: Deadline for submission of prospective host applications
  • TBD July: Organizers are notified of the decision
  • TBD November: Formal announcement at the TEI Conference and Members' Meeting hosted by University of Victoria, BC, Canada
  • January 2018: Chair of the Conference Program Committee and Conference Correspondent are appointed by the TEI-C Board of Directors
