I am a web/software developer with a good amount of XML background. I've worked on identity platforms such as ID-WSF 2.0 and do research and implementation for the Internet Society. TEI comes into play with my work with the Tibetan Buddhist Resource Center https://tbrc.org and more specifically with 84,000 words of the Buddha http://84000.co

I am researching and hoping to adopt TEI as the basis for the translations on 84,000. Currently we are using our own hand-rolled XML, but it has many limitations.
