Section 4.1.6 of Best Practices for TEI in Libraries (version 3.0) provides a mapping. Conversion from MARCXML to TEI has been implemented in Thutmose_II.
TextGrid to TEI
There is a "Copy TEI Header" button in the metadata forms in TextGridLab. Maybe this crosswalk is documented somewhere?
