ghost talk pages

Hello Kevin,

I noticed that you reverted spam from Category talk:Tools yesterday -- I hope you don't mind my deleting it tonight: it was a ghost page that confused the total page count and that could be potentially confusing to users as well (the latter is admittedly a minor point, given the number of users and the low cost of clicking on a blank talk page).

I deleted such ghost pages a while ago in the "talk" namespace, but forgot about the related namespaces, which I've just gone through, just to keep the database cleaner. Hope that's all right with you.
