Conditions for inclusion
I think the following might be sensible conditions for inclusion in the list:
- non-ephemeral nature of the conference (unless a single meeting managed to produce a freely accessible set of proceedings that are of interest to the TEI community)
- fairly frequent appearance of TEI-related stuff
- international character of the conference

DRHA
I believe that DRHA ceased years ago, so I suggest we remove it from the list. I vaguely recall that there was some sort of successor conference, though the scope of the meeting had changed. But I don't remember what it's called.
