The election timeline is contingent upon the date of the Annual Members' Meeting and Conference. The Meeting/Conference occurs in the Autumn every year, but months have ranged from September to November. Below is a generic timeline to help the Nominating Committee plan accordingly.

- Groups in Wild Apricot called "Institutional Electors" to get the electors for a group ... (part of the institutional bundle) (part of the Membership Secretary)
- Our member directory has contact info for electors ... need to highlight this in email template when vote goes out.
