The election timeline is contingent upon the date of the Annual Members' Meeting and Conference. The Meeting/Conference occurs in the Autumn every day, but months have ranged from September to November.

  • Appointment of Nominating Committee: at least 3 months prior to the start of the Meeting/Conference
