Conditions for inclusion

I think the following might be sensible conditions for inclusion in the list:

non-ephemeral nature of the conference (unless a single meeting managed to produce a freely accessible set of proceedings that are of interest to the TEI community)
fairly frequent appearance of TEI-related stuff
international character of the conference
